The primary objective of SBEDIF Business Centre is to stimulate the start-up and growth of small business in the City and Oblast of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.
It is presented by Confederation College and its Consortium partners University of Waterloo, University of Saskatchewan and Parkland Community Futures (Manitoba). The objectives of this project are:

• To create a sustainable structure of support systems for the start-up and growth of small business in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, including the implementation of:
  Entrepreneurial training program
  Business English language training program
  Business centre/incubator
  Small business loan fund
  Economic Development
